Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ProspectFlow, the AI-powered CRM available at prospectflowcrm.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

ProspectFlow provides lead management, pipeline tracking, and AI-assisted research and outreach drafting ("Edwin"). Portions of the product are available as a public demo populated with sample data; demo edits are not persisted.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Workspace owners control membership of their workspace and the data within it.

Your data

You retain all rights to the data you add to your workspace. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data to you and your teammates, and to process it with our AI provider when you invoke AI features. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or abusive content or activity.
• No attempts to breach, probe, or circumvent security or workspace isolation.
• No reselling or scraping of the service without written permission.
• Comply with applicable outreach and anti-spam laws when contacting prospects.

AI output

AI-generated research and drafts may contain errors. Review AI output before relying on it or sending it to prospects. You are responsible for the messages you send.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may evolve, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practical.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
