ProspectFlow ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered CRM for sales teams at prospectflowcrm.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, and profile photo when you create an account or sign in with Google.
- Workspace data: the leads, contacts, tasks, notes, and related records you or your team add to your workspace. This data belongs to you.
- Usage data: aggregate page analytics (e.g. page views, device type) used to improve the product. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
- Preferences: theme and display settings stored locally in your browser.
How we use information
- To operate the service: authentication, storing your workspace data, and syncing it across devices.
- To power AI features: when you use Edwin (our AI assistant), the content of your request and relevant lead records may be processed by our AI provider to generate a response. AI inputs are not used to train third-party models.
- To communicate with you about your account, security, and service changes.
Subprocessors
We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run ProspectFlow:
- Supabase: database and authentication hosting.
- Vercel: application hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
- Anthropic: AI processing for Edwin requests.
- Google: optional sign-in (OAuth).
Data isolation and security
Workspace data is scoped to your organization: database row-level security ensures members of one workspace cannot read or modify another workspace's records. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our hosting providers.
Retention and deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated workspace data at any time by contacting us; we will complete deletion within 30 days.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
